Using the latest in location-aware technology & augmented reality, you’ll have to solve the clues & track the killer… before he catches you.

Imagine a cross between an interactive escape room, and Pokemon Go. This is a fully interactive experience across multiple city blocks, that also includes the added element of a real “killer” walking through the streets with their own beacon that knocks you out of the experience if they get within 10 meters of you.
We have sessions starting from 1pm over the 2 days, however, as you will be using your phone/tablet (including the camera function) we cannot guarantee that you’ll actually be able to see what you need to see at night-time… so at the moment, until we solve that problem, the events are during the day (moving into sundown as well).
Yes, you need a bluetooth enabled Smart-Phone or Tablet (any iPhone since iPhone 4 & most Androids since 2011). We will, in the weeks ahead of the event, send you a test connection – if you are unable to receive that connection, your phone is unable to handle the experience and we will refund your money.
Depends on how quickly you move through the clues, however the killer is set on the loose 60 minutes into the experience. From that moment, if they get within 10 meters of you, you are the latest victim and out of the game. Expect the experience to last for 1.5 – 2 hours.
Yes, absolutely. Every player must purchase their own ticket & can choose to work off their individual phones / tablets, or use a single shared phone / tablet. Most players are joining in teams.
The experience is all located within the bounds of the City CBD, so your fitness levels do not need to be extreme, however you will be doing some walking. You can of course catch trams/taxis/ubers to wherever you want to go.
That’s the only thing we can’t control. Whilst the technology works in the rain, we cannot guarantee that the technology will work as accurately as it does on a nice day. In the case of rain, the event will be postponed to a later date, and all tickets will be either moved to that date or refunded (your choice).
From what we’ve been able to find… yes. If there’s someone else out there doing this… we haven’t been able to find them.
